Lions International Club Siena

Charity auction of paintings entitled 'Siena Dipinta' (Painted Siena)

Purpose: To raise funds for the purchase of a guide dog for visually impaired people.

Background

Why 'Painted Siena'? The title stems from the impressions that Sienese, national and international artists have formed of the city when walking through the Contrade, along streets that smell of the Renaissance and through alleys that echo with the songs and music of rejoicing contradaioli celebrating their contrada's victory. Following the rules of the event curated by Maestro Fabio Mazzieri, the artists translated their feelings and emotions into images, creating true masterpieces.

You can participate in the auction on-site at the Hotel NH Siena, Via La Lizza 1, Siena, where the exhibition is set up.
